Ingredients:

1 cup frozen wild blueberries or raspberries
1 cup fresh coconut water or natural coconut water **
1/2 cup pure water
1 tsp. ground flax seed
1 tsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. flax seed oil
1-2 scoops rice protein powder (my favorite is the vanilla one from http://www.sunwarrior.com/

Optional: Add almond milk, hemp milk, or water

Method:

Blend in a blender until smooth
The best choice for coconut water is to consume water from the fresh coconut; but it’s not always practical. The one I really like is Vita Coco http://vitacoco.com/. Vita Coco is all-natural and super hydrating. It’s a great electrolyte coconut water!
